About the fact that in the functioning of the mobile version application of the above-described bank, on this Wednesday, May 1, large-scale problems occurred again, writes NBN, referring to information published in the official Telegram account of Monobank co-founder Oleg Gorokhovsky.
According to Gorokhovsky, at the current stage, the relevant Monobank cyber specialists have begun to correct the “failure in the application.” In addition, Gorokhovsky separately asks for forgiveness from “everyone we let down.”
It should be noted that Monobank clients complain about the inability to log in not only in the mobile application, but also through online banking on PCs/laptops, and the last such “troubles” at the financial institution were actually observed exactly a month ago, on April 1.
