On the eve of May 12, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin put forward a proposal to replace the current head of the Russian Ministry of Defense Sergei Shoigu with ex-Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Belousov, who has experience only in the economic and technological spheres.

About how the head of the UK defense department, Grant Shepps, responded to such a “rotation” of personnel in the Russian Federation, writes NBN, referring to the official X-account of an English high-ranking functionary.
According to Shepps, Shoigu is directly responsible for the “disposal” of more than 355,000 Russians in the current war, and is also involved in mass terror and suffering of the civilian population of Ukraine as a result of the illegal large-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.
The head of the UK Ministry of Defense emphasized that Russia needs a defense minister who would be able to correct such a disastrous legacy by simply stopping the invasion [of Ukraine], but all that the Russians will get is “another Putin puppet.”
