The Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine gave five recommendations that will help you feel better after a night without sleep, NBN reports.

Experts note that dehydration increases fatigue, so it is important to drink enough water. If you haven't gotten enough sleep, it's better not to overuse coffee – this drink can cause anxiety and create problems with sleep the next night.

According to experts, lack of sleep leads to a lack of energy and a desire to eat more sweets. Instead of foods high in sugar, opt for a nutritious meal.

It is not uncommon to have trouble concentrating after a sleepless night, so reduce your workload and do fewer tasks.
