In an interview with the British publication The Times, the general confirmed that Moscow has a plan to capture Sumy and Kharkov, but it is unknown how serious the enemy’s intentions are and whether he will try to implement them given the forces with which he has it.
The military leader recalled that the main goal of the Kremlin remains unchanged – the destruction of the Ukrainian nation, reports NBN.
Pavlyuk noted that Russian troops are now concentrated on the complete capture of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. In addition, as the commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine noted, the Russian Armed Forces expect to completely occupy the Zaporozhye region this year if they manage to take control of the eastern regions of our country.
