Media report that the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine intends to destroy the Crimean Bridge this year and is preparing to deliver a new blow to the structure illegally built by the Russians.

British edition of The Guardian , citing high-ranking representatives of the GUR MOU, stated that Ukrainian intelligence is preparing to launch a new strike on the Crimean bridge, which has already been shelled twice, NBN reports.
According to media interlocutors, the GUR intends to destroy the structure illegally built by the Russians in the first half of this year. One of the officials noted that the head of the department, Kirill Budanov, already has most of the funds to implement this plan.
The special operation of Ukrainian intelligence is aimed at minimizing the presence of the Russian Navy in the Black Sea. The destruction of the Kerch Bridge will strengthen the Defense Forces' campaign to liberate the Crimean Peninsula, and will also boost morale at the front and beyond.
Previously, NATO Senior Logistics Advisor Ben Hodges spoke about the destruction of the Crimean Bridge. He also suggested why German Chancellor Olaf Scholz does not want to transfer Taurus missiles to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for this purpose.
