As it became known, for a certain amount of money, the ex-functionary, with the active participation of several current officials of the Military Military Commission and medical institutions, promised men of military age quick removal from military registration, thanks to the provision of fictitious certificates regarding their unsuitability for health service , which allowed “draft dodgers,” on the basis of “fake” documents, to travel outside their country.
As a result, SBU officers managed to document the commission of the described crimes by the ex-official, and to detain the defendant in the his own home, immediately after he received a new bribe.
However, the most interesting thing is that after the searches, at least 1 million US dollars, as well as more than 22 000 euros, were confiscated from the detainee , including documentation for a number of apartments and land plots, which the SBU has already seized.
If the guilt of the detainee and the group of “associates” is finally proven, the attackers will receive up to 10 years behind bars, and, accordingly, will lose their property.
