On the Espresso TV channel, a serviceman reported that the situation in the Chasov Yar area is dynamic, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are constantly working to hold all sectors and prevent enemy attacks from the flanks, NBN reports.
According to a representative of the National Guard, the Russians are taking reserves from the Liman direction and transferring them to this zone in order to advance further along the line front and strengthen the offensive on Chasov Yar. At the same time, the defenders are in a more advantageous position.
Muzychuk noted that in the area of this city the “second army of the world” will try with all its might to win at least some victory, because it is very important for Putin’s army to capture Chasov Yar.
Note that earlier the commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Alexander Syrsky, reported that Russian troops received orders to occupy Chasov Yar until May 9. Analysts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces believe that the “second army of the world” can capture this city faster than Bakhmut and Avdievka.
