According to the official, according to preliminary data, today Putin’s occupation forces attacked the regional center for the first time with large-caliber guided munitions. As a result of the shelling, apartment buildings were damaged, and currently 16 casualties are known.
At the same time, the mayor of Kharkov, Igor Terekhov, said that one death is known. In addition to the destruction of five-story residential buildings, the building of the Institute of Emergency Surgery was also damaged by the strike.
