The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine said that with the “inauguration” of the Russian dictator the Kremlin is trying to create for Russians and the international community the illusion of the legitimacy of his almost lifelong stay in power.
The ministry recalled that “the elections President” in March of the Russian Federation violated the provisions of international documents, NBN reports.
Taking into account the ICC arrest warrant for the head of the Kremlin, as well as Moscow’s gross violation of the norms and principles of international law, as the diplomatic department emphasized, our country does not see grounds to recognize the dictator as the legitimate and democratically elected president of the Russian Federation.
The Ministry called on the public, other countries and international organizations not to recognize the results of the “presidential elections” of the terrorist state and the legitimacy of its leader.
As reported , the Kremlin dictator after his “inauguration” made a statement about dialogue with the West, mentioning aggression against Ukraine.
