The Russian Ministry of Defense is using the terrorist attack in the Moscow region to increase mobilization in the aggressor country. Advisor to the head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak answered whether the attack really motivates Russians to fight against Ukraine.

Adviser to the head of the OPU in an interview with Channel 24 said that the terrorist attack in the Moscow region did not contribute to the increase in the number of Russian citizens who want to sign a contract with the defense department, reports “NBN.”
According to a representative of Zelensky’s Office, the Russians will not go to war against Ukraine for unclear purposes. Residents of a neighboring country are motivated to join the ranks of the invaders by two things: payment of money and a guaranteed opportunity to rob and kill with impunity. Also, participation in the so-called “SVO” makes it possible for prisoners not to serve their sentences.
In addition, as Podolyak noted, in the Russian Federation, despite propaganda, there are doubts about Ukraine’s involvement in the terrorist attack in the Moscow region.
The representative of the OPU recalled that everyone knows that the West warned the Kremlin about preparing an attack in Crocus City Hall, and the detained citizens of Tajikistan have a residence permit in the Russian Federation. The official added that everything in this matter is obvious even to residents of the Russian hinterland.
Earlier, the Kremlin answered whether they had received information from Washington about the preparation of a terrorist attack in Crocus City.
