Base:
- 150 g chocolate cracker or shortbread;
- 70 g top butter.
Syrna filling:
- 600 g top siru ( 1/2 part can be replaced with cheese with a fat content of 9-15%);
- 100 ml of cream (fat content 30-35%);
- 300 g of ready-made watermelon puree;
- 150 g of cucumber (6 tbsp with a glass of tea);
- 30 g of corn starch (1 tbsp with a drink);
- 250 g eggs (5 pcs.);
- zest of 1 orange.

Dough:
- 200 g of ready-made watermelon puree (7 tbsp . l.);
- 250 ml milk;
- 150 g eggs (3 pcs.);
- 30 g cucumber (4 tsp);
- 30 ml of rosemary oil or vershkoy oil (1.5 tbsp.);

- 80-100 g of borosha (0.4 -0.5 bottles with a volume of 250 ml).
