Ivanna Onufriychuk and her team presented the modern educational and development space “IvAlive” in Switzerland, reports WomanEL. This place opens up new horizons for Ukrainians and local residents, creating an atmosphere of support, integration and cultural exchange.
Ukrainians abroad need a place that will be a point of support for them – where you can not only find yourself, but also get help And this is exactly such a place!
The first steps towards the realization of Ivanna's idea were taken a year ago, when the fund managed to collect 43,000 at the gala evening. francs for rent and repair of premises. This year, thanks to the second event, the organizers received another 70,000. francs, which made it possible to complete the layout of the space.
My team and I believe that this space will become a place of strength for Ukrainian refugees here, because we will help children develop their talents, socialize, and adults integrate and adapt to life in a new country,
noted Ivanna Onufriychuk.
One of the key elements of the center is the largest Ukrainian library in Switzerland. It contains books by Ukrainian authors, translations of world bestsellers, as well as literature about Ukraine in English and French.
The center offers a wide range of activities for children and adults:
- master classes, including culinary and creative;
- dance lessons;
- integration programs for women and children.
The center is open not only to Ukrainians, but also to the Swiss. It is a place where cultures meet to create new experiences.
We want Ukrainians and Swiss to find common interests and exchange knowledge
The project became possible thanks to caring people who supported the initiative. Ivanna thanks everyone who contributed and promises to develop this space, adding new activities and opportunities.
The IvAlive Center is more than just a place. It is a symbol of the indomitability of Ukrainians who find the strength to create new opportunities even far from home.
