The musicians explained that “tadka” is a process in Indian cooking, where spices are fried in hot oil or ghee to enhance their aroma. This culinary technique became a metaphor for the song, which personifies the multifaceted chaos of Indian cuisines and the joy they bring. The composition not only reflects the taste pleasures, but also shows the art of combining cultural traditions with modernity.

The upcoming album “Nu Delhi” will be the third studio album by the band Bloodywood. The musicians aim to emphasize the importance of the music scene of Delhi, where they come from, and draw attention to the rich musical diversity of India. In their opinion, the Indian music scene is capable of competing with leading global trends and offers listeners a unique experience.

The band's fans are already anticipating the release, and the song “Tadka” has become a real harbinger of the exciting musical journeys that Bloodywood has prepared for their new album.

Linkin Park previously released the a cappella album From Zero: What Music Sounds Like Without Music.
