Robert Luketic's popular American comedy Legally Blonde, based on the novel of the same name by Amanda Brown, will get a second wind thanks to its main character, says WomanEL.
Reese Witherspoon, who played the lead role in the film, became the executive producer of the project two films in the franchise. According to Deadline, the series will be produced by Amazon MGM Studios.

The script is written by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, best known as the authors of the teen drama Gossip Girl. Film producer Marc Platt will work with them on the film.
Plot details have not yet been announced. The first film was released in 2001. It was a box office success, grossing more than $140 million worldwide, and saw a sequel in 2003.
Amazon wants to develop new projects based on the intellectual property it gained control of when it bought MGM in 2022 year. “Legally Blonde” is one such project. The exact release date of the third part of the comedy is not yet known.
