This could be the decisive playoff match for qualifying for Euro 2024.
It has become known where the Ukrainian national football team will play its first “home” match in 2024.
According to the official website of the UAF, the match will take place on March 26 in Wroclaw, Poland, at the Tarczynski Arena Wroclaw stadium.
The opponent and the status of the “blue-yellow” match will be determined on March 21 after the semi-final matches of the play-off qualifying for the 2024 European Championship: Bosnia and Herzegovina – Ukraine and Israel – Iceland.
In case of victory over the Bosnians, Sergei Rebrov’s team will play in the playoff final for access to the European Championship. If the Ukrainians do not get past the Balkans, then on March 26 at the Tarczynski Arena Wroclaw they will play a friendly match with the team that loses in the other semi-final.
Let us note that due to the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian occupiers, our clubs and national teams are forced to hold all international matches abroad.
Let us remind you that if they reach the final tournament of the 2024 European Championship , the Ukrainian team will play there in Group E against Belgium, Slovakia and Romania.
The matches of the Euro 2024 final tournament from June 14 to July 14, 2024 will be held in Germany.
