According to the official website of the UAF, the matches will take place on April 3 and 4.
First semi-final between Donetsk Shakhtar and Odessa Chernomorets will be hosted on Wednesday, April 3, by Arena Lviv. The game will start at 18:00.
In the second semi-final on Thursday, April 4, Zhytomyr's Polesie and Poltava's Vorskla' will compete. The starting whistle of the match at the Central Stadium in Zhitomir will sound at 18:00.

It was previously reported that the final of the 2023/24 Ukrainian Football Cup will take place on May 15 at the Avangard stadium in Rivne.
