Donetsk Shakhtar defeated Odessa Chernomorets in the match of the 1/2 Cup final Ukrainefor the 2023/24 season. The match at Arena Lviv ended with a score of 4:1.
The Pitmen took the lead already in the 12th minute of the match, when Daniil Sikan closed in a cross from the right flank from Georgiy Sudakov from close range.

However, even before the break, Marino Pusic's team again found themselves in the role leader – in the 44th minute the penalty was converted by Artem Bondarenko.
In the second half, the Donetsk team strengthened their advantage. In the 52nd minute, Sudakov pulled the ball from the center of the field into someone else's penalty area and fired into the lower left corner.
In the 79th minute, Sudakov scored a double, setting the final result of the game. Georgiy received a pass from Lassina Traore, dealt with the defender and aimed the ball under the far post.
