Baltimore Ravens vs Tennessee Titans ended 24-18 on Sunday, giving Baltimore its first home victory of the 2026 season. Yet the result was overshadowed by Lamar Jackson’s ankle injury before halftime, as reported by Baltimore Chronicle. The Baltimore Ravens later confirmed Jackson did not return.
Ravens build a 24-7 halftime lead
Baltimore struck first after Trenton Simpson intercepted Cam Ward following pressure from Mike Green. Derrick Henry then scored against his former team to make it 7-0.
Tennessee answered, but Jackson quickly restored control. He found Zay Flowers for a touchdown before connecting with Mark Andrews later in the half.
Jackson finished 15 of 20 for 222 yards and 2 touchdowns. Baltimore’s offense covered 98 yards on the Andrews scoring drive.
The decisive first-half moments included:
- Derrick Henry’s rushing touchdown;
- touchdown catches by Zay Flowers and Mark Andrews;
- Kyle Hamilton forcing a fumble recovered by Malaki Starks;
- Tyler Loop converting a 64-yard field goal.
Loop’s kick ended the half with Baltimore leading 24-7. The Ravens said it was the longest field goal made at M&T Bank Stadium.

Lamar Jackson injury changes the game
Jackson injured his left ankle late in the second quarter and did not play after halftime. Tyler Huntley replaced him and completed 8 of 9 passes for 63 yards.
| Quarterback | Comp-Att | Passing yards | TD |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lamar Jackson | 15-20 | 222 | 2 |
| Tyler Huntley | 8-9 | 63 | 0 |
Baltimore failed to score in the second half. Head coach Jesse Minter said the team still needed to evaluate Jackson, although there were discussions about a possible return.
NFL Network reported that Jackson was considered day-to-day. He was later seen leaving the stadium in a protective boot.
Titans rally but Ravens hold on
Tennessee remained close as Baltimore accumulated 13 penalties. The Titans eventually scored a late touchdown and converted for 2 points, cutting the deficit to 24-18.
The comeback stopped there. Malaki Starks recovered the ensuing onside kick, allowing Baltimore to close out the victory.
The Ravens improved to 3-1, while Tennessee fell to 0-4. Baltimore’s next major question is Jackson’s availability after an injury that changed the entire second half.
