The head coach of the Ukrainian Olympic football team Ruslan Rotan has determined the composition of the team that will prepare for the Olympics – 2024 in Paris.
According to the official website of the UAF, in preparation for the Summer Olympic Games, the “blue-yellows” will hold a training camp in Szeged, Hungary, from March 17 to 27.
March 25 in the city of Fukuoka the Olympic team Ukraine will play a friendly match with Japan.
Ukrainians will soon find out their opponents at the upcoming Olympics: the draw will take place on March 20 in Paris.

The men's football tournament of the 2024 Olympic Games will take place from July 24 to August 9 in seven cities in France: Paris, Marseille, Lyon, Bordeaux, Saint-Etienne, Nice and Nantes.
16 teams will take part in it: France (as host), three teams will represent Europe (Ukraine, Spain, Israel), three – Africa (Morocco, Egypt, Mali), three – Asia ( will be known before May 3), two – South America (Paraguay, Argentina), two – the CONCACAF zone (USA, Dominican Republic), one – Oceania (New Zealand), they will also be joined by the winner of the playoff between the fourth teams of Africa (Guinea ) and Asia.
The current winner of the Olympics in men's football teams is Brazil, which defeated Spain (2:1) in the final at Tokyo 2020. This time, the Brazilians did not even qualify, taking third place in South America.
Recall that at the Youth Euro 2023, the Ukrainian team reached the semi-finals, thanks to which for the first time in history theymade it to the Olympic Games.
