The Russians fired rockets at Kharkov for the second time that night. Four explosions occurred in the city.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the mayor Igor Terekhov.
“Kharkov is under fire again – for the second time this morning. There are at least four arrivals,” he said.
