The compact electric crossover Skoda Elroq received a sports version RS. The new Skoda Elroq RS received a power plant with a capacity of 340 hp.

In fact, it is a technical analogue of the Volkswagen ID.4 GTX or Audi Q4 55 e-tron quattro. The car accelerates from zero to “hundreds” in 5.4 seconds, but the maximum speed is limited to 180 km / h. Elroq RS has a traction battery with a capacity of 84 kW * h. Compared to simpler versions, the DC charging power has been increased from 175 to 185 kW, on-board AC charging is designed for 11 kW. The passport power reserve is 550 km according to the WLTP cycle.
The RS version also has changes in the chassis. This is the only Elroq that has adaptive DCC shock absorbers with several operating modes. And more powerful brakes with two-piston mechanisms are installed at the front. Original wheels with a diameter of 20 or 21 inches are offered to choose from.
The RS version has few visual differences from the base model: black trim, inserts in the front bumper, an enlarged spoiler on the fifth door, matrix headlights and illumination of the plug located between them.
The interior features signature green decor, black trim and suede covering of the dashboard. New front seats – with developed lateral support, integrated headrests and combined upholstery. The car also has a “sports” steering wheel. The Skoda Elroq RS crossover will appear on the European market in the second half of the year.
