Starbucks is aiming to make the holiday season a little brighter for its customers with a new festive collaboration. Following the overwhelming demand for the viral Bearista cup, which sold out almost instantly after release, the coffee giant has announced a new partnership with the fashion brand Roller Rabbit. Together, they will unveil a limited-edition holiday merchandise collection inspired by Roller Rabbit’s signature colorful prints. The collection is set to debut on December 2, with further details to be revealed closer to the launch, reports Baltimore Chronicle citing People.

The new collaboration comes after Starbucks fans across the United States were left disappointed when the Bearista holiday cups—featuring a bear in a Starbucks-green beanie and matching reusable straw—sold out in record time. The Seattle-based company even issued a public apology, acknowledging that the excitement around the limited merchandise far exceeded expectations. “Despite shipping more Bearista cups to coffeehouses than almost any other item this holiday season, the Bearista cup and some other items sold out fast,” the company said in a statement released on November 6. Starbucks did not disclose the total number of cups produced but confirmed that more exciting merchandise would arrive during the holidays.

In addition to the Roller Rabbit collection, Starbucks has released several new themed tumblers and mugs. Among them are a red gingerbread cookie tumbler, one featuring a puppy in a festive scarf, a travel mug decorated with gingerbread men, and an elegant golden poinsettia mug. Each design continues the brand’s tradition of blending playful holiday charm with collectible appeal.

The merchandise launch coincides with Starbucks’ annual return of popular seasonal drinks, including the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, and Iced Sugar Cookie Latte. Beginning December 2, fans can also enjoy the return of two other festive classics—the Eggnog Latte and Chestnut Praline Latte.

Those craving something sweet can try the new Cinnamon Pull-Apart bread, which will remain available year-round, along with returning favorites like the Snowman Cookie and the Polar Bear Cake Pop. All beverages and treats will be served in Starbucks’ 2025 holiday cups, designed with plaid and bow patterns in traditional red and green hues.

The company stated that, despite the rapid sell-out of the Bearista cup, customer enthusiasm has inspired Starbucks to continue expanding its lineup of festive merchandise each year. With new designs, exclusive collaborations, and returning drinks, the brand aims to capture the joyful spirit of the season for coffee lovers worldwide.
