The Clinical Children's Hospital of the Kirovograd region received a modern computed tomograph.
Medical equipment was purchased by Medical Procurement on behalf of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports with reference to the Ministry of Health.
“The hospital is a multidisciplinary medical institution and specializes in providing medical care to children. Every year, about 13 thousand small patients are treated in inpatient departments, and about 40 thousand children receive outpatient care in the advisory clinic,” the message says.
The hospital has specialized departments and modern diagnostic rooms, in particular computer encephalography, endoscopy, functional and ultrasound diagnostics, a physiotherapy department, a radiation diagnostics department, etc. Today, computed tomography can significantly improve the quality of examination and treatment of young patients. The appearance of medical equipment in the hospital, as noted by the Ministry of Health, will speed up the provision of highly specialized medical care. to save even more children.
Medical equipment was installed in a specially prepared room, and doctors have already undergone qualified training. The CT scanner will be put into operation after receiving permits for operation from the DIYAR.
As reported, a modern computed tomograph has been installed in the regional cardiac center of the Dnieper.
