Here patients begin to function with support, but with more resources to take the first steps on their own, – said the head of the psychosocial direction of the Center "UNBREAKABLE" Oleg Berezyuk.
The habilitation process is as similar as possible to what awaits veterans and wounded civilians at home. Residents, with the help of physical therapists and psychologists, prepare meals, visit the store and travel by public transport. A variety of lectures, master classes and trips to cultural events are also organized here.
The center has nine rooms and 27 beds, its area is 660 square meters. It is planned that 300 residents will be able to undergo habilitation here during the year.
