Four healthcare institutions in the de-occupied part of the Kherson region received 16 energy storage systems from benefactors.
As reported by Ukrinform, this was reported by the Kherson Regional State Administration.
«Four healthcare institutions in the de-occupied part of the Kherson region, with the assistance of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, received Direct Relief from the American charitable organization and the Charitable Organization Evgeniy Pivovarov Foundation” 16 energy storage systems,” the report says.
As noted, energy storage systems will provide power to critical and social infrastructure during power outages.
The OVA informs that medical institutions are constantly subject to hostile attacks, and this puts the lives of patients at risk. Therefore, the main task in the realities of war is to ensure uninterrupted provision of medical care under any conditions, even complete blackouts.
It is emphasized that energy storage systems operate on the principle of power banks: they are charged from electricity and hold a charge for 12 hours. They are highly autonomous.
The OVA expressed gratitude for the necessary support.
As Ukrinform reported, medical institutions in the Belozersk community of the Kherson region received 5 charging stations from Denmark.
