Cases of cholera among children discovered in Mariupol – mayor's advisor

In Mariupol, temporarily captured by Russian troops, massive cases of cholera were discovered among children, which they are trying not to make public at all.

Adviser to the mayor of Mariupol Petro Andryushchenko announced this in a Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

“Massive cases of cholera have been identified in Mariupol. Among children. Therefore, they are trying to quickly silence it with an unannounced quarantine, but this will not work,” Andryushchenko informed.

The mayor’s council suggests that rapid warming has led to mass diseases.

“Mariupol residents are under occupation. The main defense is yourself. Wash your hands. Boil the water. Don't eat dumb. Don't drink anything you don't know. Don't swim in the sea yet. Nobody but you will help you,” Andryushchenko urged.

According to the adviser to the mayor, the heads of the city’s schools are doing their best to keep silent about cases of the disease among students.

As Ukrinform reported, in January it was temporarily occupied Mariupol was on the verge of an epidemic because the invaders did not prepare hospitals for the period of the spread of infectious diseases.
