The wife of the Ukrainian Ambassador to Brazil Andrey Melnik fell ill with Dengue fever. An embassy employee and his wife also became infected with this dangerous disease.

«I have Dengue! Brazil is a country full of dangers. If a non-venomous spider is thrown in, the Deng mosquito will bite. Just yesterday I was baking Easter cakes. And today I ended up in the ambulance with a temperature of about 40. A terrible condition, my whole body felt like it was turning inside out, my head was pounding. As soon as the IV was put in, they took a blood test. And – unfortunately – they confirmed the diagnosis, – the ambassador’s wife wrote.
