As Ukrinform reports, the Ministry of Energy reported this.
“The thermal power plant unit was put into operation from short-term repairs, while at the same time another thermal power unit was put out for emergency repairs,” the message says.
It is noted that no electricity shortage has been recorded. Shutdown schedules are not used.
In the Donetsk region, as a result of shelling, the 110 kV overhead line was cut off. Two mines were left without power, 5 workers were brought to the surface. Residential consumers in the satellite city are also without electricity.
As reported, on the night of December 25, NPC Ukrenergo provided emergency assistance at the request of the Polish transmission system operator PSE, having received excess electricity from it.
