“There are 5 thermal power plant units in reserve, which can be turned on as needed. The energy system is balanced. The situation is controlled. Power outage schedules are not applied,” the message says.
It is noted that 1 unit and 1 building of the thermal power plant underwent emergency repairs. Due to repeated shelling during the day, high-voltage lines and equipment of thermal power plants in the Donetsk region were significantly damaged. The blocks were damaged by debris and their operation was stopped.
As reported, due to a massive missile attack, a 330 kV power transmission line in the central region was damaged; consumers did not lose power.
