The provision on increasing salaries for prosecutors was removed from the draft budget for 2025.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine cancelled the salary increase for prosecutors, which was included in the draft state budget for 2025.
This was reported by People's Deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko.
“The Rada cancelled the salary increase for prosecutors! Amendment No. 155 was just voted on. 242 voted in favor. That is, this provision is being removed from the State Budget for 2025”, – the statement of the people's representative reads.
We remind you that the draft law “On the state budget of Ukraine for 2025” included a 37% increase in salaries for prosecutors. In monetary terms, this amounts to UAH 3 billion.
