The Carpathian farmers have started sowing bright grains

In the Carpathian region, farmers started sowing, with 22 crops of spring grains and legumes sown on an area of 1220 hectares.

The head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Administration, Svitlana Onishchuk, told Telegram about this, Ukrinform reports.

“The spring sowing campaign has begun in the Carpathian region. Zagal was sown with 1220 hectares of grains and legumes, zokrem, and spring wheat – 350 hectares; spring barley – 700 ha; Vivsa – 150 ha; peas – 20 hectares,” said Onishchuk.

According to this, it is planned to plant grain crops and legumes in the region on an area of 79.5 thousand. ha.

In addition, the region's farmers plan to sow 107.3 thousand with industrial crops. hectares, which becomes 28.2% of the structure of sown areas. 72.9 thousand are planned for sowing of sheep crops and potatoes. ha.

This corresponds to the predicted structure of sown areas of agricultural crops, which are planned to be sown in Ivano-Frankivsk region by 377 thousand. ha – a little more, lower toric.

It is planned to produce more than 139 thousand for grain crops, including winter crops. hectares, which becomes 36.7% of the structure of sown areas.

As reported, in Ukraine, as of 20 February, 250.4 thousand agrarians were sown. hectares of fresh grain and leguminous crops.
