The National Bank of Ukraine submitted official applications for licenses for the provision of financial services from six non-banking financial institutions and included them from the State Register of Financial Institutions, and changed one oblig.

It is indicated that licenses for the activities of a financial company are issued by LLC “Financial Company “Bi.Money”, LLC “Rulla Ukraine”, LLC “Prostozaym”, DP “Ukrainian Center “Bezpeka”, State Innovative financial and credit installation and PT “Pawnshop “Onix Plus” Chernik and company.”
In addition, under the authority of LLC “Financial company “Liberty Finance” it is possible to change the license for the activity of a financial company. For the range of financial services, factoring is included, financial leasing and provision of guarantees.
The regulator understands that after changing the license obligation, Liberty Finance has the right to carry out activities related to the provision of financial services – the provision of funds and banking metals to credit, as well as carry out activities involving the trading of currency values in ready-made form on the basis of a separate license for the activities of foreign exchange transactions.
As reported by Ukrinform, the National Bank of Ukraine issued a license to the Portal bank on the basis of the application submitted by it and included it in the State Register of Banks.
