IDP certificates can be obtained through the “Diya” application.
Payments IDPs will continue to be received in May 2024. For some, they were assigned automatically, while others need to write applications for their extension.

IDP payments will be automatically extended to those who cannot work , cares for children, seriously ill people and people with disabilities, has no income or low income.
Other displaced persons who submitted applications for reassignment of payments before April 30 will receive funds taking into account March. If an application is submitted in May, payments to IDPs will be assigned from the month of application.
Payments to IDPs are allowed if the income per recipient in a family is less than 9,444 hryvnia. We are talking about:
- citizens over 55 years of age
- persons caring for a child under three years of age or a child under six years of age in need of care< /li>
- families with children under 23 years of age who are full-time or dual education students
- persons with group III disabilities
- persons providing social services on a non-professional basis
- families of pensioners
Since April, IDP certificates can be obtained through the “Diya” application. You can submit an application for yourself, your husband or wife, or children.
To obtain a certificate you must:
- in the “Services” section, indicate the address of your current location residence and confirm geolocation
- select a card account at the bank
- indicate contact information if the person needs medical care, education or humanitarian assistance
After registration the certificate will appear in “Diia”, while the funds will be transferred to the account for all family members.
We would like to remind you that from March 1, 2024, help for living within internally displaced persons will be calculated , taking into account the real need of the family for help. The state will also check the level of human integration in the economic development of the country.
