In 2024, the eOselya program plans to expand the choice of housing and issue 12 thousand loans. This was reported by the press service of PJSC “Ukrfingillo” based on the results of a round table organized jointly with the Independent Association of Banks of Ukraine.

“Our task is to expand the conditions of the program and we have already done this. The latest changes to Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 856 will come into force on January 26. It is necessary to increase the choice of housing, and specifically at the “primary level”, so that the program works more specifically for the restoration of the state’s economy,” said the chairman of the board of the company, Evgeniy Metsger.
He added that for 2024, according to the program “EOselya” plans to issue about 12 thousand loans, as well as significantly increase the share of clients in the primary real estate market and open up more opportunities for partner banks.
Currently, within “EOselya” banks have already accredited 55 apartment buildings from 18 developers.
