Under the President of Ukraine, a new Council was created, which included representatives of 8 leading companies, including co-founder of monobank Oleg Gorokhovsky. The corresponding decree appeared on the president's website on January 26.

The Council for Supporting Entrepreneurship in Wartime Conditions was created by decision of the National Security and Defense Council. Who was included in it:

What will the new Council do
The Council’s tasks are to systematically analyze the situation to ensure the rights of business and, based on its results, submit for consideration to the President proposals “on possible ways and mechanisms for resolving problematic issues,” as well as consideration bills on entrepreneurship issues, development of proposals to improve legislation and assistance in establishing effective interaction between the state and business and associations representing the interests of entrepreneurs.
The office of the President should ensure the activities of the Council.
