The State Property Fund has held 31 successful privatization auctions since the beginning of 2024 and expects to attract about UAH 534 million to the budget. The head of the Fund, Vitaly Koval, announced this during a single telethon, Ukrinform reports.

“We started the year very actively, and compared to January last year, the state budget will receive several tens of millions of hryvnia. Thus, since the beginning of the year, 31 successful auctions have already taken place and about 534 million UAH will be attracted to the state budget,” he said.
Also, the head of the State Property Fund recalled that in January the first funds from sanctioned entities arrived in the state budget – 32 million UAH, part of which was received from the nationalized enterprises of the Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska.

< p>“There were 11 enterprises in Deripaska’s orbit in Ukraine, and these funds received were the funds of one of these enterprises,” noted the head of the State Property Fund.
He also added that the beginning of the seizure of funds from sanctioned persons in Ukraine should serve as an example for other countries that have joined the sanctions track.
