“I would like to avoid this, but we are now at our lowest point, and if this continues, then this will have to be done,” said one of the interlocutors.
Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Nikolai Solsky, in comments on February 15, hinted that Ukraine was thinking about some retaliatory steps, but did not voice specifics.
“We are constructive, but, of course, we will be ready to react,” he said, noting that some decisions are possible within the next two weeks.
