Repayments with special “First Day” stamps will take place at the Kiev main post office (01001) and in the city of Okhtyrka, Sumy region (branch 42706).
Simultaneously with the introduction of a postage stamp into circulation in Okhtyrka, a special postmark with the transfer date “City of Heroes” was introduced. Okhtyrka. 42706.”
The stamp’s circulation is 1,080,000 copies. Denomination of the stamp U = 15.00 UAH (corresponds to the tariff for sending domestic ordinary letters without declared value weighing up to 50 g and postal cards.
Envelope circulation “The First Day” – 40,000 copies, cards – 50,000 copies, folders – 400 copies. The artist of the post block, envelopes and the “First Day” stamp is Vladimir Taran.
