Over the past week, entrepreneurs received 782 preferential loans under the “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” program – for a total of UAH 3.7 billion. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

How many loans issued
In general, since the beginning of 2024, micro, small and medium-sized businesses have received 8884 loans for a total amount of UAH 35.2 billion, of which banks in the public sector of the economy – 6,536 loans worth UAH 17.6 billion.
“In particular, over the past week, within the framework of the state program “Affordable loans 5-7-9%”, entrepreneurs received 782 preferential loans from authorized banks for a total amount of UAH 3.7 billion, of which 562 loans were from banks in the public sector of the economy – for UAH 1.5 billion,” noted the Ministry of Finance.
During the period of martial law in Ukraine, 53,026 were issued loans for UAH 212.5 billion (including public sector banks – 39,570 loans for UAH 108 billion), of which as of May 6: UAH 17.85 billion – for investment purposes; UAH 60.42 billion – for working capital financing; UAH 37.63 billion – loans for agricultural producers; UAH 14.30 billion – for processing of agricultural products; UAH 57.39 billion – for anti-war purposes; UAH 11.43 billion – lending in a high military risk zone.
“In total, since the start of the program, 87,848 loan agreements have been signed for UAH 302.1 billion, of which public sector banks have signed 60,046 agreements for 134 .6 billion hryvnia,” the Ministry of Finance summed up.
