The Ministry of Strategic Industries has clarified the conditions and criteria for reserving employees of enterprises of the military-industrial complex.
“The status of the defense-industrial complex as critically important for the functioning of the economy during a special period allows the reservation of up to 100% of employees, regardless of military -accounting specialty,” says the explanation.
Enterprises that produce weapons, military and special equipment, ammunition, their components or provide services for the development, repair, modernization of weapons, military and special equipment, ammunition, and their components can be eligible to receive critical status. In this case, such enterprises must satisfy one of two criteria.
The first is to be in a state of fulfilling a government contract with a government customer in the field of defense, to be involved on the basis of contracts as a co-executor of a government contract or a direct contract with military units.
The second criterion is to be a member of the Brave1 cluster and receive financial government support in the form of grants to ensure the development of innovations and technologies for defense needs.
