Ukreximbank ended 2023 with a net profit of UAH 3.3 billion. The government decided to direct all this profit to the reserve fund. This is stated in the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Financial indicators
Profit from depreciation based on the results of fixed assets revaluation for 2021-2023 in the amount of UAH 67,929,742.83 will also be directed to the reserve fund.
The Cabinet of Ministers also approved:
- The annual report of Ukreximbank for 2022, including the report on the work of the supervisory board; Report on the remuneration of members of the supervisory board for 2022; Measures based on the results of the consideration of the report of the supervisory board for 2022; The annual report of Ukreximbank for 2023, including the report on the work of the supervisory board; Report on the remuneration of members of the supervisory board for 2023; Measures based on the results of the consideration of the report of the supervisory board for 2023.
