Platform and functionality update
“We switched to a new platform at night, strengthened security, and are now actively returning additional functions,” Ukrzaliznytsia noted. The mobile app has already resumed the ability to plan trips with transfers, and the online board with station schedules will gradually return during the day.
Calm situation at train stations
The company emphasized that there are no queues at the ticket office: “Everything is calm, we are moving according to schedule.” The system update did not affect the comfort of passengers, and the transition to the new platform should increase the reliability of services.
