NBU reduces the exchange rate of the hryvnia paired with the dollar for the third day in a row, and the euro has updated its maximum. This is evidenced by NBU data.

The official exchange rate for May 13, 2024 is set at the following level: 39.7206 UAH per 1 dollar (+0.1688 UAH). The euro exchange rate will be 42.8148 hryvnia per 1 euro (+0.3836 UAH). This is a historical maximum. The rate was higher only on March 27 – 42.6911 UAH/euro.
Interbank
By the closing of the interbank market, the dollar exchange rate fell by 15 kopecks in purchases and by 14 kopecks in sales. The euro fell by 11 kopecks in purchases and by 9 kopecks in sales.

Cash rate
On the cash market, the rate increased in sales by 10 kopecks to 39.95 UAH/dollar, and in purchases by 15 kopecks to 39.50. The euro is bought for 42.43 UAH, and sold for 43.05 UAH.
In exchange offices, the dollar is traded for 39.85-39.95, the euro – 42.93-43.10 UAH.
