At the privatization auction, a single property complex of the state enterprise Inzheksbud with a recreation center in the Kyiv region was sold. This was announced by the head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Vitaly Koval.

“27.5 million UAH. This turned out to be the winning bid during today’s sale of EMK SE “Inzheksbud” on the Prozorro.Sales platform,” the message says.
The property complex includes administrative premises in the center of Kyiv with an area of 62.7 sq.m. and a recreation center in the Boryspil district.
According to Koval, 21 participants competed for the lot. As a result of competition, the price from the starting 6 million UAH increased 4.5 times.
“After payment by the winner, the funds will be allocated to the state budget of Ukraine, from which our Defense Forces are financed,” added the head of the Fund.

The “Ministry of Finance” wrote that the State Property Fund expects that large-scale privatization will begin in the second half of 2024. It will cover assets worth more than UAH 250 million.
