Forecaster Stanislav Shchedrin reported this information, URA-Inform reports.
The famous Ukrainian weather forecaster Stanislav Shchedrin warned that frosts down to -18°C are moving into Ukraine. He noted that a noticeable cooling will come to Ukraine at the end of next week.
According to him, a gradual decrease in temperatures will begin at the beginning of next week, from January 2, and will reach its peak by the end of the week.
«From January 5, a rather cold air mass may arrive in Ukraine from the north and northeast. Throughout the country it can get colder to -10…-8°C during the day, and in some places down to -18°C at night», — the expert said.
At the same time, Shchedrin noted that only in the southern regions of Ukraine, according to his data, will traditionally be warmer.
«Moderate sub-zero air temperatures are expected in the south of the country at night. In particular, there will be from -3…to -1°C, and during the day the thermometers can rise to +2°C warm», — the forecaster predicted.
Recall that it was previously reported when the Russian Federation could launch an even larger airstrike on Ukraine: Samus named the date.
