«In the period from 02/24/2022 to 12/31. 2023, in Kiev, 69 people died due to the war, a third of them this week (December 29, 2023)», — he noted.
Also, according to the official, 294 residents of the capital were injured, of which 146 in 2023.
< p>«Dozens of residential and commercial buildings were damaged. But everything destroyed can be rebuilt and restored. Unfortunately, as a result of Russian strikes, the capital is losing its most valuable — human lives», — added the head of the KGVA.
According to the city military administration, during 2023, Russian occupiers carried out more than 70 air attacks on Kyiv. The enemy used more than 800 weapons for shelling.
Recall that earlier it was reported that in Kyiv the number of deaths due to the Russian attack increased again: two more bodies were pulled out from under the rubble.
