According to the above-mentioned document, men born between 1960 and 2006 will be provided with temporary documents to return to Ukraine. Experts, however, emphasize that such a «Document» does not have the authority to issue temporary travel documents.
According to them, this function lies within the competence of diplomatic missions and consular offices. The dissemination of such false reports may cause misunderstanding and anxiety among citizens.
It is emphasized that to obtain specific information about documents and procedures, Ukrainians should contact exclusively the official representative offices of Ukraine abroad.
