Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov said that his Department plans to launch an electronic hryvnia pilot in 2022.
&# 171;Two weeks ago there was a meeting with the head of the National Bank, where our teams presented us with a road map, which had already been agreed upon by the National Bank, the Ministry of Finance, and us. This year we will launch a pilot — Three companies have already started developing an electronic hryvnia. That is, to make pilots, cases — we will choose who will develop better», — the minister said.
Fedorov said that a pilot project will be ready by the end of the year. Thus, in state-owned enterprises subordinate to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, salaries will begin to be paid in e-hryvnia.
By the end of 2023, it is planned to complete testing of the project and prepare it for a full launch.
