British intelligence writes in its report that after February 24, 2022, Russian troops in Ukraine lost more than 11,600 units of armored vehicles.
In particular, the Russian occupiers were left without more than 3,600 main battle tanks and almost 8,000 other armored combat vehicles, writes the publication “NBN” with reference to the account of the Ministry of Defense of the United Kingdom on the social network X (former Twitter).
The department notes that such losses forced the Russian military leadership to use poor, outdated equipment produced in the USSR, which was stored in strategic warehouses. The Russians are pulling these armored vehicles out of storage, modernizing them if possible, and sending them to the front in Ukraine.
British intelligence also showed satellite photos of equipment storage bases in the cities of Arsenyev, Buy and Ulan-Ude. The footage shows a significant reduction in the armored equipment of the army of the aggressor country.
