Vyacheslav Zinchenko, who was detained on suspicion of murdering former MP Irina Farion, could have been an accomplice to the crime.
This information was reported by Unian, as reported by URA-Inform.
As the mother stated Zinchenko, her son had no motives for killing Irina Farion, he did not have any political differences.
«The language issue could not have been the reason, because the family speaks Ukrainian, his father is a serviceman and Vyacheslav himself wanted to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and even underwent training in UAV control in Lviv last year,— she said.
Zinchenko's mother said that her son's social circle had expanded, he had made many friends there, so for her, this trip to Lviv was quite logical.
“He may have been an accomplice, but he was definitely not a murderer,” the mother of the suspect in Farion's murder does not rule out.
She also noted that she did not recognize her son in the published photographs and clarified that the footage from the surveillance cameras showed a guy in dark glasses, darker than her son. Zinchenko's mother explained that although her son plays football, he is not often in the sun. The mother also said that her son is much taller than the one described by the witnesses in this case, with whom law enforcement officers spoke.
The mother of the detainee added that her son never showed interest in shooting, he never attended clubs related to this. And for the woman, it is the greatest surprise that her son could fire a gun, so she claims that he could have been an accomplice, but definitely not the person who could have fired.
Recall that earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Internal Affairs named the next victim of Farion's killer: he is a well-known politician.
